Residential  Customers:

All new residential clients will be evaluated for an INITIAL CLEANING FEE if needed, prior to regular service, please PAGE DOWN to INITIAL CLEANING FEE for an explanation of our procedures.

Standard Residential Pricing (base price):

Once a Week  - 1 dog     $ 37.00  per month* (8.54 per wk)
Once a Week  - 2 dogs   $ 47.50  per month* (10.96 per wk)
Once a Week  - 3 dogs   $ 60.00  per month* (13.85 per wk)
Additional dogs  $12.00 per month (2.75 per week)
We strongly recommend twice a week service if you have over three dogs.

Every other week 1 dog  $32.50 per month* (15.00 per svc)
Every other week 2 dogs $40.00 per month*(18.46 per svc)
We do not recommend or offer every other week cleaning for more than two animals per property.

Twice a week  - 1 dog    $58.00 per month* (6.70 per svc)
Twice a week  - 2 dogs  $ 66.50 per month* (7.67 per svc)
Twice a week  - 3 dogs  $ 80.00 per month* (9.23 per svc)
Twice a week -  4 dogs  $95.00 per month* (10.96 per svc)

*Since each property and situation is unique, additional charges apply for the following circumstances, and may add to your base price:

 - Oversized Yards
 -  Obstacles 
 - Rock Beds 
 - Hand cleaning of River Rock Beds
 - Scrubbing of cement surfaces 
(There is no 'applicator fee' - we charge for labor only)
 - Large dogs over 120 lbs.  
 - Small dogs under 8 lbs.
(Tiny dogs are more labor intensive to clean after.)

HCD Handicapped and Senior - 10% -  evidenced by State Issued Placard

PDT Police, Fire, Healthcare, Teachers - 5% discount - issued by proof of employment

Customer Testimonials:  If you send an email to info@muttleysmaid.com recommending our service, we will give you a one time 10% discount from your monthly bill. You can also call our office for more information about our testimonial discounts and coupons available.
 
Referral Bonus: 1 week free for every new client you refer to us that signs up for regular service. Have your friends write your name on the Account Information Sheet under "How did you hear about us?" when they sign for service and we will credit one free cleaning to your account per each referral.

INITIAL CLEANING FEE:
If your yard has not been cleaned for a while, an initial cleaning fee will apply.  Our initial cleanings are performed "by the bucket" - which means you are charged $40.00 for each FULL 5 gallon pail removed from your property, and $10.00 per 1/4 bucket removed.  Example:  Our tech cleans your property and fills up 1-1/2 5-gallon pails, your charge for the initial cleaning is $60.00.  

RESIDENTIAL TERMS:
We accept Mastercard and Visa.   Invoices will be emailed by the 25th of the prior month. Our residential accounts are prepaid each month by debit or credit card.  Example: your invoice for May will be sent out on April 25th, payment is due on the 1st of May.  If you have a card on file, it will be charged for your service on the 1st of that month.  If you card expires and a new one is not provided to us, we will notify you by email of our inability to charge your card.  If  payment is not made by the 10th of the month, your service will be discontinued, a $20.00 late fee will apply and your service will be interrupted until new payment arrangements are made.  If your service is discontinued for more than a week, we reserve the right to charge a re-start fee similar to an initial cleaning fee to resume your service.

MORE ABOUT OUR TECHNICAL STAFF AND BACKGROUND

Muttley's Maid is a Voc Rehab Model Project that was originally backed by the State of Colorado Vocational Rehabilitation Department in 2004/2005. Muttley's Maid allows the disabled and displaced to learn how to become self sufficient and run their own business with the ultimate goal of providing a supplemental and ongoing income for our program participants, as well as providing a needed service for our clients. Each of our tech must pass a rigorous examination to enter the Muttley's Maid Project.

    Extensive Federal and/or State background checks are performed on all of our technicians prior to entry in the program.  Our techs clean and disinfect their tools and shoes between properties. Each tech will hang a service card on your door at each visit stating their name and date of service, as well as to notify you if there are any problems you should be aware of with your animals.

    Each tech works approximately 2 to 3 weekdays per week subcontracting for Muttley's Maid while they are learning to build their own small business of clientele and become self-sufficient. Our program participants will also offer additional services such as dog walking, house sitting, vet transportation, lawn care, house cleaning, personal assistance, etc... which is individually designed per tech, to help start their own service business endeavor, so please don't hesitate to check with your regular tech to see what services they may be able to offer personally to you, in addition to the Muttley's Maid pet waste cleaning service. Due to the success of this program, and the meticulous work of our subcontractors, Muttley's Maid has won the prestigious Denver Channel A-List for Best Pet Cleaning Service in Denver for 2009 and are leading the pack for 2010!  We couldn't do it without our program participants!
