Residential  Customers:
All new residential clients will be evaluated for INITIAL CLEANING FEE, if needed prior to regular service, please go to the bottom of this page for an explanation of initial cleaning charges.  Extensive background checks are performed on all of our technicians for your protection.  All tools and shoes are disinfected between properties and your tech will hang a card on your door at each visit and will notify you if there are any problems you should be aware of with your animals.

* Our $6.00 per week ($26.00 per month) pricing is good for pet waste pick up for one dog contained in up to a 200 sq ft dog pen ONLY, provided that the surface of the run is either pea gravel, sand or cement.  This special rate does not include spray sanitizing of kennel base floor.

Standard Residential Pricing for normal sized back yard:

Once a Week  - 1 dog     $43.50  per month
Once a Week  - 2 dogs   $  56.50  per month
Once a Week  - 3 dogs   $  69.50 per month 
Once a Week  - 4 dogs   *we do not recommend or offer once a week cleaning for 4 dogs.

Every other week 1 dog  $38.00 per month
*We do not recommend or offer every other week cleaning for more than one animal per property.

Twice a week  - 1 dog    $60.75 per month
Twice a week  - 2 dogs  $79.00 per month
Twice a week  - 3 dogs  $95.30 per month
Twice a week  - 4 dogs  $115.25 per month

Since each property and situation is unique, additional charges may apply for the following circumstances, and will be quoted separately:

Oversized Yard  -  Obstacles -  Rock Beds  - Hand Cleaning - Scrubbing of cement surfaces - Application of Disinfectant Spray/Sanitizer to non-grassy areas - Large dogs over 100 lbs

Handicapped - 10% -  must show State Issued Placard

REFERRAL BONUS - 1 week free for every new client that signs for regular service.

INITIAL CLEANING FEE:
If your yard has not been cleaned for a while, an initial cleaning fee will apply.  Our initial cleanings are performed "by the bucket" - which means you are charged $40.00 for each FULL 5 gallon pail removed from your property, and $10.00 per 1/4 bucket removed.  Example:  Our tech cleans your property and fills up 1-1/2 5-gallon pails, your charge for the initial cleaning is $60.00. 

RESIDENTIAL TERMS:
We accept Mastercard and Visa.   Invoices will be emailed by the 25th of the prior month. Our residential accounts are prepaid each month by debit or credit card.  Example: your invoice for May will be sent out on April 25th, payment is due on the 1st of May.  If you have a card on file, it will be charged for your service on the 1st of that month.  If you card expires and a new one is not provided to us, we will notify you by email of our inability to charge your card.  If  payment is not made by the 10th of the month, your service will be discontinued, a $20.00 late fee will apply and your service will be interrupted until new payment arrangements are made.  If your service is discontinued for more than a week, we reserve the right to charge a re-start fee similar to an initial cleaning fee to resume your service.
